Alley Leong (b. 1996, Macau, China) is a self-taught artist , tattooer , cultivators with a significant limb difference.

She describes her works are a part of her life, they are extensions of her physical limitations reaching out to the world with hope.

Alley works feature the common element of an original lady character with unique body art appearing feminine exterior.

She uses diverse images of women ,different faces and role plays to experience variety and describe the process of self-exploration.  Her exploration of tattoos and energy also connects her to current discussions around the universe of colors, fanatical  painting about myth stories sensations and multi-dimensional worlds of technicolor combinations inspired by the Dharma and the Five Elements Theory(Wood (木), Fire (火), Earth (土), Metal (金), and Water (水) .

The bindi from “The Lady Wears Bindi” means bright spots are regarded as the essence of vitality, and the place between the forehead is where the third human eye is located. Unlike the other two exposed eyes, the third eye is the eye for inner vision, and the shape of an auspicious mole helps people accumulate energy and receive message from the universe.

And just like that quote by Amedeo Modigliani :

"When i know your soul, I will print your tattoos."

Secondly, she created her signature "LIGHTCODES" that communicates to the soul. It is not something you have to understand with the human mind, it is rather something she feel deep inside of her heart. It brings through powerful vibrations and codes that support her to process shifts in consciousness, release deeply held blockages and bring her in touch with THE truth. The codes and symbols look like a symphony of sacred geometry, shapes and beautiful written languages, but these are languages that we might not be familiar with on this plane of existence.
